Christopher Radko 1997 “Shepherd’s Prayer, Gloria” blown glass ornament set of three figures. The set includes a shepherd boy carrying a lamb on his shoulders wearing a green glittered tunic, a young child seated with a lamb on green grass holding a small animal, and a Gloria angel in a purple glittered gown holding a banner reading “GLORIA.” All are hand-painted with fine detail.
Item history or significance
Part of Christopher Radko’s nativity series from 1997. The set depicts the shepherds and the angel who announced the birth of Christ, a classic scene from the Christmas nativity story.
